June 14, 1951, Univac 1, the world's first commercial electronic computer was unveiled in Philadelphia. It was installed at the Census Bureau and utilized a magnetic tape unit as a buffer memory. Whip 200 ml of heavy cream until thick, then add 100 grams of condensed milk and 300 grams of mascarpone, whisking everything until lush.

Strain a 450 grams can of yellow peaches and set the syrup aside.

Using 400 grams of lady fingers, dip each lady finger in the syrup and lay in a first layer in the dish of your choice.

Spread a layer of the cream mixture and lay the sliced peaches on top of the cream and repeat the layers alternating the lady fingers and cream until the ingredients run out.

Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
